All our ingredients are locally sourced and cooked fresh by our AA Rosette Chef. Our kitchen is tiny and requires a great deal of lateral thinking to produce food of the quality we do and we firmly believe in using local produce, in season and cooked well. We do not believe in turning tables, and when you are here we like to think of you as our guest for the evening!
